Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, you are required to return the goods to us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Please fill the form via this link with your order number, a list of items being returned & the reason for the return. Our returns department will reply with further details on how to return the goods to us, including our returns address.


1- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3- Your item must be in the original packaging.
4- Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed.
